To ensure the highest quality service for our clients, GTS implements quality procedures to monitor and analyze our business operations. Data currently tracked include: number of positions received; number of candidates identified; timeframe to establish client interview; the number of client placements; and length of the assignment.
Our history shows that our ability to work closely with our clientele has been pivotal in our success. GTS assigns an Account Executive to manage each client account and consistently address the needs of our clients. Each account executive is responsible for developing an intimate knowledge of each client's projects, team members, and overall environment.
GTS' recruiting methodology grades applicants with a comprehensive and rigorous evaluation. Our approach is to find the best fit possible for our clients. This means that we aggressively recruit applicants and carefully screen them, conducting personal and technical interviews as well as comprehensive reference checking. All employees, hourly employees, and independent contractors are evaluated with the same care and precision. As a result, we have achieved an extremely low turnover rate.
