To ensure the highest quality service for our clients, GTS implements quality procedures to monitor and analyze business operational statistics. Data currently tracked include the number of positions recieved; the number of candidates identified; timeframe to identify client interview; the number of client placements; and length of the assignment.

GTS assigns an Account Executive to manage each client account and consistently address responsible for developing an intimate knowledge of each client's projects, team members, and overall environment.

GTS recruiting methodology grades applicants with a comprehensive and rigorous evaluation. Our approach is to find the best fit possible for our clients. This means that we aggressively recruit applicants and carefully screen them, conducting personal and technical interviews and comprehensive reference checking.
